However teleport enemies can escape the root or able to fire back.
The Mastery version root the enemy and debuff. This is the core difference between the two build. On crit (hit by charged damage spell or a crit roll) the enemy will slam to ground and do splash damage. Target + Control: This is the control version. Debuff stacks so using lightning and kinesis will increase damage. Target + Mastery: Debuff and root target.
